Preferably a condo and budget $11k with facilities. In the central area D9,10,11..any good condos that I should consider?

Many with this budget.

Leonie condotel, orchard scotts, nassim regency, Alba.

D11 is a bit messy at the moment with overcrowding of condos and road /MRT works.
