Living without a helper
Is it possible ...? But having kids to eat out most of the time doesnt seem very healthy..if parents work and there's no time to cook.

It is possible albeit very tiring for the parents. I think you can outsource the cleaning, but the cooking and prepping 3 times a day is no joke.
